Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

yeah... and if not full rock, at least you'd get singers.
    this year?
Eminim doesnt sing... he raps and shouts.
And as for 50 Cent.... can he actually talk, let alone sing?? He just mumbles his way through...

Thats one less thing to do this summer :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,824 ✭✭✭✭28064212

In fairness, this summer is looking pretty good festival wise. Pixies, Witnness, Electric Picnic, Bud Rising, U2.... On the other hand, one more good thing couldn't hurt. You never know, maybe the whole Eminem thing has just been a ploy so people will be doubly grateful when someone like Dylan or Radiohead is announced. I live in hope....

Actually I'm not much of a fan, i just accept that's it's seen as a big gig, just not my thing.

Theres not a single rock act there.

    What are they thinking?

Problem is there are very few rock acts that would fill slane. Maybe they should have a lineup of 5 classics, like Motley Crue or Status Quo (Since I already thought they were performing)

    What a load of sh!te.

And I thought last year was bad, this years line-up is terrible.
