Problem with eircom exchange?

I'm on the dundrum exchange on the 2mb service, and all this week my line is dropping ALL the time. The line stays sync'd but suddenly i cant access anything, and it seems to be happening constantly. Seems to be that im connected for 1/2 hour, then cant access anything, then 1/2-1 hour later it all mysterious connects…

Router seems fine as it has for the last year.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems in Sandyford/Dundrum area?
