Just a quick request, I was wondering if anyone knew of any Philosophy and Theology courses at third level in Ireland (hopefully but not necessarily the Dublin area) which don't have a significant bias towards the study of Christianity over other religions? Its a subject that I've become very interested in but if I were to take it up I'd prefer to be able to study a wider view of things.

    Thanks

You'll probably find most Theology courses in Ireland do have a strong emphasis on Christianity. Philosophy less so, but it's still a big factor.
I'd recommend going to the UK if you can, Cambridge is very cutting-edge for Theology and you can take options in Islam and other world religions. Obviously it'd be tough to get into but if you're really into it you should stand a good chance. I don't know much about other universities but a good starting point is the Guardian's education website: http://education.guardian.co.uk

Also, TCD has a Jewish Studies option you can take with another subject, if that interests you
