Oracle contractor rates

    Hi Everyone,

    What are the current rates for Oracle developers with the following experience:

    - 10+ years of Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL
    - 6+ years of Developer/2000 and 6i (mostly Forms and some Reports)
    - 3+ years of Oracle Designer (last used a few years ago)
    - Very good in data modelling
    - Performance tuning, sizing
