McAffee and Internet

    I have recently installed McAffee IS 2005, having previously had Norton IS 2004. Now IE6 won't won't work, Firefox fine. I am on dial-up and McAffee seems to be recognising I am on proxy server but ISP says that I'm not. I suspect the problem relates to portable IP addresses. Anyone got any solutions
