In documenting my Test Plan for my FYP should my Black Box Testing include Pre and Post Conditions for the tests?

    Don't forget the boundry conditions.

Testing is also about throwing incorrect inputs at the black box to make sure it handles them predicatably too.

IMHO if you are only entering data within bounds and correctly formatted to the black box then you are Prototyping rather than testing.
