    Hi all,

I got a Nokia 6230 from Vodafone in January,
I bought it to make/take calls obviousily,
but its appointment management function was also very important to me.
I am a bit annoyed with now, the Nokia syncing software is unreliable over
bluetooth, the radio/mp3 player function and the other apps are great,
but the office functions are too limited for me.

Not the best advert for this phone I realise, but given that
I am have to stay with vodafone for a year, is there anything
stopping me from selling this phone, and getting a new phone (
which I will pay full price for) how much if anything is it worth ?
What the story with getting it unlocked is this illegal ?

Not really, you'll be fine. I got a Nokia 6630 when I signed the contract. I didn't really like it so got a Motorola V550 then a Nokia 6230. No problems on my end.

Unlocking isn't illegal, and its free to unlock the 6230 if you know the right people. ;)

its also free to unlock if you google it or search this board for phone unlocking. You might want to check out other reasons other than the phone for your prob perhaps its a bluetooth adaptor/software problem on your pc, I was having some probs with mine and it turned out my bluetoooth dongles software was where it was going wrong.

Ill give ya 50 for it if your selling ;)
