VoipBuster is now accepting new customers. Just made my first free call to a land line.

Nice one. But they've watered it down somewhat, from here
BUT: To counter the misuse of our network we have limited our Free-Calls policy for NON-registered users to 1 minute per call. If you want to enjoy UNLIMITED free calls, just register and buy 1 euro worth of credit.
Still, enjoy it while it lasts i.e until their beta-testing is finished.
It'll be interesting to see what their medium to long term intentions are.

But calls are cut off after one minute...

Still better than nothing I guess.

Not if you register with them for €1.00.

You have to buy at least €1 of call credit so then you're paying for the calls (in a way) - it's no longer free!

It's a beta programme too, so I wonder how long the free stuff will last.

I have made a number of calls in the last few days, and I still have my €1.00 credit.
