Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think that Uefa should decide to allow Liverpool to be in the CL next season. However, I think a petition is worthless and a waste of time. Apart from that, I dont agree with the text:

    "To: UEFA

Liverpool football club attained their 5th European Cup success in the most amazing football match including the greatest comback of all time. In a game suffering from overpaid, spoilt, diving footballers, heart and drive prevailed.

UEFA must uphold these qualities and ensure that the Champions of Europe are allowed to defend their hard fought title.

    Sincerely"

    I wont be signing it.

Online petitions are such a waste of time and should be left to the likes of Star Trek fans who angry at their latest show being cancelled.

Does someone actually think - 'we'll hit UEFA with an online petition filled out by loads of people who'll sign their name U.R. Gay or Joe King , UEFA will have to change their mind then!'

There's probably a Heisel victims petition to ban Liverpool from ever playing in Europe again. come to that, there's probably a Hillsborough disaster petition to ban them from domestic competitions as well.

if you win the champions league and cant finish at least 4th in your own league you dont deserve to be in it next year. simple as that.

theyre the rules :D fair is fair. liverpool were not good enough to get into the champions league, all their own fault and so they shouldnt be trying to cheat their way into it next year. ;)

You know, I actually agree with smemon.

Why should a team have the right to defend their title? Sure they won it, is that not reward enough. Other teams have gotten there on merit over their performances throughout the season. If they aren't good enough to even qualify for it, they don't deserve to be in it. But kudos on punching above their weight in the knockout stages this year.
