    Just a quick one..

Should credit card companies charge cash advance fees when your account is in credit?

It doesn't really seem to be covered in the T&C i looked at(mbna).

    Cheers,

    C.

In answer to my own question..after talking to mbna their policy is a 1.5% charge on cash withdrawals regardless of being in debit or credit.

Though they did say they didn't charge interest on cash withdrawals when you're in credit(mighty good of them seeing as its your money).

Any other credit cards not charge cash withdrawals if in credit?

I did see a couple of posts that reckoned there were some you didn't have to.

I don't think BOI do. I seem to remember them making a big deal of it and how useful it would be when on holiday.
