    Smart don't need the bad press so they won't do stupid things like that.

    As I've said I haven't made a judgement....either way. Let's wait and see what the Labour Court says.

    I think what he is saying is that the ALLEGATION (your capitals) is on aertel.

    Is there something wrong with discussing allegations. Especially when they refer to a company that has used this forum as one of their main marketing platforms.

    Without starting a firestorm wasn't Valentia the name of the shelf company that controlled eircom?!

    In the case of Irish Ferries they shouldn't even have the gall to call themselves Irish when they don't even sail under the Irish flag but kudos to them for standing up the the french socialist regime...

    Are smart even large enough to warrant staff joining a union? I always had the impression that it was a small outfit everyone knows each other type of place
