do u have to know the poets names? just wondered about that. Ok don't bother with donnacha ban came up last year.

translation of ur chein mhic cainte:
most beautiful girl with your lovely face (this verse is describing girl)
famous for your beauty cur sios
oh girl with the blonde hair, love of poets
your twice as generous and more friendly than anyone
your face is bright like the sun each early morning
sadness is lessened when you smile
it is my sadness that you i are not alone
    in the castle of cmc

I'm sick with pain without a night's sleep (galar an gra)
sad after you oh lovely girl
you are my favourite girl in eire
    something i openly admit
if you would come with me o woman without fault
i would be happy free and healthy
you would get food, meed and the fruit of the woods
    in the castle of cmc

(Tagairt don nadur in this verse, thats why its amhran gra)
you will hear the barking of dogs running after you
the agile bear with the open mouth and big thighs
you will hear the sweet voice of the cuckoo and thrush
happy in the trees in the glens
in a cool, calm pool at the mouth of the river you will see a shoal of fish
following one another swimming through the water
and you will see the entire harbour far from u
    from cmc

oh love of my heart isn't it better for you like this
to spend the start opf yu rlife with me
and not to be sad in the corner with a dirty lout
    wearing wool
youu will have harp music played by agile fingers
and love poetry to awaken you
no castle under the sun nicer than cmc

oh pleasant woman with the pearly ringleted hair
come with me in a while
when the priests of the ordinary people are asleep
    under the sheets
we will e gone north from them
at sunrise the day after tommmorrow
we will be safe from danger, happy together
    in cmc

Not really. Unless you wanted to start your answer like, "X's poem, Doncha Bán, is etc.".
