Ok there are a few out there but what do people like about them?

is it SEXIER on girls or guys?

Certain shades of red hair can be really sexy. I can only speak about it being sexy on females as I don't have homosexual tendencies.

Red/Ginger on a guy is a matter of taste. Some women like it, some don't. I won't hold that against them....they'll come round to me some day

I love all types of red/orange as long as the girls have a pale complexion (with freckles) to go along with it. Tanned skin is a turn off.

I never understood what people have against ginger people. Personally I think they are cool. Was at a Dragonforce gig a few years ago and there was a group of girls (5-6) all around each other, headbanging. It was a brilliant sight, like the floor was on fire, and at the metal gig, that looks fu**in awesome. With darker red haired people it would have taken it to the next level.
