Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Followed the instructions to the letter, all went well till the final step, step 7. Entering username and password. I've insured that they're both correct and that caps lock and anything simple like that isn't affecting it. Should I have to alter the Advanced settings? Any help would be appreciated ;)

won't take the user name or password -

what os ?

the default username is admin the password is also admin
but there is an error in the initial firmware so download the new 1 from http://voyager.bt.com so u can fix it
