Right, I'm cooking for one tonight.

    I have the following.

    1 Chicken Fillet
    And some tortilla wraps.

I don't like Chilli, or guacamole (sp?)

    So, any suggestions?

    1. Butterfly the chicken fillet - i.e. lay the fillet on your worktop, and slice it parallel to the worktop, leaving about an inch connected at one end.

    2. Dice peppers, onions, tomatoes etc. and put some between the two "wings" of the fillet. Close the "wings".

    3. Oven cook for however long your preference is.

    4. Slice cut up after cooking into 3/4 strips.

    5. Wrap with tortilla wrap with whatever dressing you like.

I know it isn't very accurate, but I tried it (up to No. 2), served with rice and sauce (can't remember which) and t'was comlimented by my friends.

    Just an idea :)
