    Has anyone else purchased any of the properties in Martello Tower in Balbriggan, or brackenwood?

    If so I would really like to hear about your experience with the estate agents www.sullivan.ie and when your completion date is.

    Yeah my sister has bought in the Brackenwood complex which should be completed by the end of the month so they've been told. Our other sister works in one of the other estate agents in Balbriggan and she says O'Sullivans are fine to deal with. My sister who bought the apartment hasn't had any problems, just the completeion date has been put back a few times but that does happen with new developments. The security guards let her into the complex so she can have a closer look when she wants. They even rang her last week to see did she want any adjustments made to the kitchen as they were putting it in the next day. She seems to have had a good experience and they keep her up-to-date.

    Are you buying in the new phase?

    My house is due for completion at the end of the month so I reckon it will prob be finished in August:)
