capture card

    Im looking to get video capture card to capture, edit and output video from camcorders etc. Can anyone recommend a good one for about the £300 mark? Im thinking of updating my ati card to the new one (radeon?) and getting it with the video input/output. Any suggestions? Am i better getting a dedicated capture card?
