Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I won't quote myself predicting this but I always felt, after the Champions League success, he's sign. So very happy and at 31 he's good for an extension.

Great news, few better than him at breaking down attacks between midfield and defence.
Has a mean shot, tackle and can pass the ball.

poor aim though but glad he's staying....was worried if he left cos Gerrard & alonso are gonna get injured or banned at some stage and they can't play every game :D

Delighted he signed. Well deserved. And he can definately still do a job for Liverpool for at least another two years. 31 is not old for a player like him, he stops the game through reading it more than coming in all guns blazing physically.

Liverpool still need another midfielder though, particularly after the (imminent) departure of Biscan.

He's generally a waste of space against all the poor teams in the Premiership because he rarely does anything creative and his level of perfomance is never as high in those games anyway. But against the other 3 or 4 teams he's very good, and in Europe he's usually excellent. Plus he's a top bloke! Very happy he's signed.
