Has anyone any past experience with these?

    http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/

I've heard they're good but I'm confused after making my order. I got a mail from them as follows:
    TNT
    Parcel number: XXXXXXXXXXX

Orders sent by Securicor or City link will normally be delivered the next working day following despatch (delivery to areas of Scotland may take up to 48 hours). In either case, should there be no-one at the delivery address when the driver calls to deliver, a card will be left detailing how to contact the local branch to arrange redelivery. Orders sent by Royal Mail will normally be delivered in 24-48 working hours. Orders to non-mainland UK will normally be delivered in 3-5 working days.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland will typically take 5-7 days.

Orders despatched by Securicor can be tracked online at:-
    http://track.securicor-omega.com/tracking/

Now going to TNT's website and trying my parcel number yields nothing. Nor does the securicor website link they give(which actually redirects to dhl). When I was ordering there was no courier specified, just 'Next day delivery'

So I'm assuming my parcel is with TNT and the rest of that mail was just 'for your information', but as of now I cant track it and it would be nice to know if it's coming tomorrow or next Monday so I can make sure I'm at home.

they usually have parcels with tracking numbers on them.
as soon as they pack your item they give you the tracking number.

then the courier picks it up at whatever time, usually c.o.b., brings it to their warehouse where it gets scanned and despatched.

    what im saying is,
it hsant been entered in the couriers system yet [probably]

If the shipper is using an electronic system with a live link to TNT it'll be trackable once the manifest is printed out and the data sent to TNT, otherwise *chalk* is right it won't be visible until it's handkeyed or scanned in to the T&T.

Check again around 8pm as most likely the sectors will have to be closed by then and the first scan (shipped origin) will be visible.

Also be careful on the TNT T&T becasue as TNT reuse consignment numbers there is a 25% chance of a duplicate consignment number, for instance if you look at consignment number 123456782 you'll see many entries. Make sure your looking at YOUR actual con.

Hope the tracking works out for you, but just to put your mind at rest: I have bought some stuff from incarexpress.co.uk twice in the past and found them great. From what I remember, my most recent online order to them failed at the credit card stage and I ended up ringing them to complete the order. I found them very helpful and they called up my details there and then on the phone.

    I'd recommend them to anyone

Ditto - bought from them three times. Price excellent, service excellent, backup excellent. Delivery via TNT was within three days - the tracking site did take a few days to update but I was just reading that it had arrived in Cork when the van pulled up outside the door.

    Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Prices are excellent.

Something I had a good laugh about recently:

Halfords are doing this unit for a mere €3,300 roughly.

incarexpress.co.uk works out about just over €1740 delivered!

    Now that's some difference!
