Esat BT Charge for Upload?

I was wondering if EsatBT uploaded stuff is put on to what you have downloaded aswell in the 12gb allowance? for upstream like uploading stuff?

It's 12GB each way. So if you've downloaded 10GB and uploaded 10GB, you've not broken the cap.
