App to send contacts from 6230 to pc

My dad wants me to send the contacts from his 6230 to his pc. I've got a bluetooth dongle, so connectivity isn't a problem, but I can't find anywhere on the phone which allows you to send contacts through bluetooth. I've got an application which allows my 6260 (symbian 60) to send contacts etc through bluetooth to your pc, but the 6230, being symbian 40 can't use this program. So does anybody know an app that does this for symbian 40 phones? Or know how to do it from the phone?
