Hey, Im gona set up a Ltd company and need to get detailed info on the process and legal req. etc. I know there's a site run by the gov but I hate reading off a computer and theres too much to print out plus it all over the shop. Could any one rec a good book on this topic. Cheers lads, Stephen

The Companies Acts 1963 - 2003, great bloody read so they are.

To set it up, you'll need one promoter (you),then when it's set up, you'll need 2 directors. You need to also decide how it's going to be limited, by shares/guarantee/both. Then you need to create articles & memorandum of association.

When all that is finished,come back to me and i'll be your accountant.
