The sign was planted yesterday outside the girls' secondary school. I agree its lovely.
FBD are the sponsors of the Rás. Bord Bainne were the previous sponsors so the title Milk Rás stuck.

went down to the castle today to see if the old stone face was still there and lo and behold hes still looking down on us all. Do you remember it ? I took a photo but I don't know how to upload it to this page.

Click : BROWSE
(get your photo from your computer)

Click :HOST IT.

Wait a second

Then go to end of list and
Highlight : DIRECT LINK TO IMAGE
(with a left click)

Then Go to upper left of screen and LEFT click EDIT and then click COPY.

NOW go back to BOARDS.IE

Click the YELLOW ENVELOPE( you may see the words "insert image" pop up ) At top ,on the right of 'message:
A window will open on left of screen.
RIGHT CLICK in that and click PASTE.

I am going to give it a try, ( which will be the picture at the beginning of this answer).
Good luck.
It will soon as easy as tying your laces.

The envelope ( without name and address) was for sale on eBay. Some one was in Listowel in 2000 and had them hand cancel the stamps ! A Cork person had it for sale.
