Can any one recomend a web site or somewhere i can get information on how to create a Help file? Any advice would be greatly recomended, thanks!

For what platform?
Where have you looked already?
For Windows search Microsoft.com.
I'm sure Google and/or Google Groups have suggestions.

Open text editor. Start writing useful stuff. Done.

Mind you, if you're thinking of a .hlp file, you'll probably want to look at something like HTML Help.

Also, one hint for the future, as much information as you can give us will help us to know what you need.
