Looks like IBB are doing work, big time. Hopefully this will resolve the recent issues...

*** Important Notice from Irish Broadband - SIAC & Eastcoast FM / Bray highsite a planned network outage has been scheduled - Tuesday evening the 14th June 05 between 10pm-12 midnight and Wednesday morning the 15th June 05 between the hours of 12 midnight and 2am respectively. ***

    Dear Customer,

Due to essential upgrade work on the above highsites a planned network outage has been scheduled. All internet connectivity will be unavailable this Tuesday evening the 14th June 05 between 10pm-12 midnight and Wednesday morning the 15th June 05 between the hours of 12 midnight and 2am respectively.

Although we have outlined a 2 hour outage window as above, it is hoped that the actual outage will last no longer than 60 minutes.

Irish Broadband is continually improving its network and this upgrade work will enable customers to implement high quality secure MPLS links. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but rest assured we will make every effort to keep downtime to a minimum.

    Thank you for your time.

These e-mails are sent out alot so it dosnt really mean their gonna be working "Big Time". When the outage was done on Tallaght, Killester and Baldoyle it was just for some little upgrades for the 2MB service and some of the older sites it was for the new Alvarion BreezeMAX equipment there putting into action. Why was this e-mail posted twice?
