The same but different?

THe same model number yet they are different. It looks like some pretty major differences like the music player being different and the keyboard. http://www.nokiausa.com/phones/3300/0,2803,feat:1,00.html http://www.nokia.ie/nokia/0,,28539,00.html Is it just me or does that seem a little odd.

How do you mean the music player is different?
The keyboard is just down to the cover used

The USA one is realplayer one and the other one doesn't mention it but mentions ACC format.
