I've had Netsource since *around* March/April/May 2003 now and I need to find out when my line became active for broadband. Is this information that Eircom should be able to give me? I don't want to ask Netsource as I feel they're giving me the runaround enough as it is, and I'll be getting old statements off my bank to…

Is this information that Eircom should be able to give me? I don't want to ask Netsource as I feel they're giving me the runaround enough as it is, and I'll be getting old statements off my bank to check my direct debits.
