ok simple question im just an idiot but how do u use a voice record or a sound file sent to you as your ringtone or can you cuz i cant figure it out at all maybe its not possible but if anyone can help thanx loads in advance

depends on the phone really
<edit> sorry...... just saw the title now....the fact it says v300 is a bit of a giveaway!!</edit>
Anyway, the V300 records in AMR format, but unfortunately you cannot set AMR files as ringtones
