To both connect to our PABX for calls and provide ISDN backup for our router(s) and permit videoconferencing? ISDN backup is currently provided by a basic rate and videoconferencing is a basic rate, and it's a muddle of wires. Thanks, zenith

We tried the VC + backup on the same Fractional Rate and it didn't work out. I think part of the issue was how to drop the VC if the router backup was needed.
