Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Brilliant night last night and certainly rekindled my desire to get out more! Spent pretty much all of my time downstairs for Warren K and Francois, both excellent... must say though massive respect to Francois for playing a proper full-on techno set without any typical classics in sight, I didn't leave the dance floor for the full set and I genuinely have not managed that since about 1996!!!

Francois - please stick the mix up if you can!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,391 ✭✭✭holy_macaroni

im still in2 all the classics, as well as the modern stuff, like alot of adam beyer and chris liebing, esp tech/house. but clubs and up on dance floor all nite days are gone, esp the stuff i did bk then, Es n coke, mostly listen 2 all the classics and techno while im running and at the gym, a total change from 1 extreme 2 another, social drinker, quit the cigs yrs ago, the classics just bring bk the memory of them days, glad i experienced all of that, tho there were afew dark and paronoid moments from the drugs, no regrets

Cheers Dave, had a blast myself! Great seeing people I hadn't seen out in literally a decade, I'll post some pics later -played mostly stuff that I played in the Kitchen on tuesdays, so it was techno all the way.
Mr Spring has recorded all the sets (for 2FM), I'll try and get it from him

What a nite in at that Kitchen Reunion, think I found that old skool time machine for one nite. The tunes were incredible, heard some olympic stormers in there as well, a pocket of piece, carnival. Stumbled from Warren K straight into IBO. Think the cobwebs have been permanently dusted off:D
A big thanks to Francois and all the other DJS, best nite in about 15 years!

Yeah agreed... I genuinely felt on the dance floor while Francois was playing that I'd been transported back to the mid 90s. Great tracks, nice amount of people with a really good atmosphere... and eh, orange sonic :pac:

Defo looking forward to getting out again soon and not leaving it so long again either.
