Which ISPs charge for breaking the monthly cap

I propose that a sticky is made of this - as it is constantly being asked - we should keep it up to date too. Feel free to add to this topic - I don't know everything...yet.* EsatBT - don't charge * Eircom - don't charge * UTV - quite strict, cut you off or charge alot. * NTL - not really - if you're a serious downloader…

You're better off with a disclaimer there, you never know when they might decide to charge (if ever). Don't give information you can't guarantee will be true tomorrow.
