IMHO if NTL is available in your area then they are the best option, they have the following options:

1m/100k 16GB cap @ €25
2m/200k 30GB cap @ €35
3m/300k 40GB cap @ €45

On all products you get first 3 months free, free equipment and free engineer install.

Note they have never charged anyone for going over the cap.

They also give the basic analogue TV free for the first 12 months.

Very good service as long as you are not in D15, they have been having problems in that area.
