    It most definately should be, horrendous events. I think they just have to say could to cover their own asses so to speak, the whole innocent until proven guilty thing.

    It's more then 'the whole innocent until proven guilty thing', just because he has been convicted of the murders does not mean he will be sentenced to the death penalty.

    He's so sick, fathering children with his daughters, raping his daughters and nieces, this is unbelievable, and then the murders.
