Because society considers bodily fluids to be taboo once they leave your body and so many people can find it liberating to have body fluids come into contact with their/other's skin. People have become accustomed to their partners taking their semen in their mouth, so the suggestion of ejaculating onto the face or the body of your partner is much less of a step than asking your partner can you urinate on them etc.

You could have a point though...
