    2.30 Garstang / Par Excellence (result 1, 2) 1st and 2nd respectively

    3.00 Toss the Caber (nowhere)

    4.00 Stargem (would have been Muara but he's a non-runner)2nd

    4.30 Passion Fruit / The Old Soldier Winner: The Old Soldier

    5.00 Patricia Philomena (this horse is being ranked an outsider, I really fancy her chances)
