lets see if there is news in a channel that you dont want ppl to see then dont let them see it.
example.

Clan X has l337 tactics made up
They post a url to it on there channel
The other clan come in and look at it and leave
The other clan shouldnt have gotten into that room but there was no pass.
The Clan should have known to put a pass on

Im not saying he shouldnt have done it im saying dont be so expecting that all ppl will be nice and good and not steal info
