If you've had problems with this service, spill your guts here. I will be checking back, and plan to inform 3V of the stories I get. My problem with them is that I find it impossible to obtain a voucher. Whenever I go into a shop that sells the voucher, they tell me that the machine isn't working. A SYSTEM DOESN'T CRASH FOR 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT!!!!!!!!!
And when I do email them I get fobbed off with phoney excuses.
So lets show them who is boss, and that they should have respect for their customers. I was promised a phonecall from a manager 3 weeks ago, and still haven't recieved that call.
