So what is RSS? XML.com gives a pretty decent definition here.
This site gives a more in-depth break down of RSS, and how you can use it.

Anyone with any good RSS feeds or resources, please post here. Any more FAQ pages or "How To" guides would also be welcome; basically this thread is designed to be the one-stop-shop for RSS virgins.

if you have firefox any site that has rss set up properly will give a little logo in the bottom right of the screen.
left clcik when you see the icon and you can add a "livemark" for it.

you can also add them manually in
bookmarks >
manage bookmarks >
add livemark.

as you can sse from above im partial to a bit of slyck.com
