Lo all,

Just spoke to Mythrender, on the planetarion irc network, who told me about these great boards, where my fellow countrymen discuss planetarion.

So, I thought, I should hang round for a bit and see what everyone talking about

Btw, how many on these boards are playing www.planetarion.com? out of couriousity?

There are far more Micro - its just that most of those who play dont actually frequent this forum. I was at a counter-strike games night not so long ago and about half way through the night you had about 50% of ppl playing CS, 30% playing PA and the last 20% playing TFC and others.

I dont know why, but I find Planetarion strangely... entertaining...

In comparison to Mech Wars, it's extremely good...

There is quite a hefty number of Irish people playing PA - Just not many people mention it...

Stick to #fortress.ie on the Planetarion server AND the Barrysworld server... There is always a few PA heads around...

I decided to search the database and in answer to my question of How many Irish people playing pa here the facts:

Ireland 69 0.04% 630 0.35% 699 0.39%

69 females - jez thats low in comparison to other countries. and 699 irish fullblooded males

Now, if we could just get them onto these boards and really fire some life into them

Look at the topic again, just above every post there are four little buttons : "Profile E-Mail Edit Reply & Quote".

Click the edit and you'll be brought back the post topic page, ye can click delete then click submit to delete the post or just edit the contents to whatever you like

Its a shame more PA players dont post here. But it isnt that suprising really considering the history of 3rd degree burns you can potentially get.

Its dissapointing but true.
It would however be very cool if there was a way to get them back. Actually I have an idea about how we might be able to, that I'll mail to you Phill.

It will however require co-operation from you too Zeus but I need to sort some stuff out with hinch first

Yea, its a real pitty more PA players don't frequent these boards. :-)

But... look at it this way... they guys in my galaxy have enough PA chat with:
Mailing list
MSN Messanger
GSM TEXTs saying 'INCOMMING 5000 Ships! You have no chance to survive.. make your time!'
IRC

Also, I've seen very little constructive PA chat here. Usually its more of 'My galaxy is better than yours' type conversations.

May be we could all find some galaxies/alliances that we all hate and go thump em one?

Over 200 of them are Richindub's farms.
