Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

JVC mini DV camcorder problem

    Guys,
    I bought a JVC mini DV camcorder last year second hand. No problems for about a year when I took a tape out and went to place another back in. For the tape to be accepted you press down on the right hand side of the tape holder and the machine should then accept the tape. Mine takes the tape in half way,stops for a second and then comes back out!!!

    Any ideas on what could be the problem but more importantly where is a good place to get it repaired?

    Had the same prob with my JVC a while back, moisture from sitting in the boot of the car was the prob .. any sign of watery substances gone near yours ??

    I just left mine in the hotpress overnight .. all fine
