Eircom upload speed increase?

I thought Eircom's upload was 128Kb but I was just on IrishISPTest.com and got 469 kbs upload o.O Has the Upload rate been increased to 512kb?

Thought the upload was higher on the 2MB product.

Make sure to use IE for that test as it dosent work out properly with Opera at least...unsure about firefox.

Increasing the Upload would be a very generous move by Eircom for those wanting to use VOIP...so it would be difficult to rationalise why eircom would increase it as there is still only a minority of people(members of this board) bitching about it being so goddamned low.

Im pretty sure its still at 128k....~100k in reality mark.
