Cost of gprs page access/Vodafone live

    I am always way behind in understanding pricing and tarriffs.
    I am now on the PerfectFit which costs 29Euro per month
    (pay monthly) with Vodafone.

    According to the Vodafone glossy which details tariffs
    Vodafone live menu access is free and cost is something
    like 6 or 8 cents per page accessed.
    So, just to try it out I went to the Finance page from
    AIB (I think) and downloaded currency rates.
    Seems to have clocked up 1.2 kb download/.5kb upload.
    Are they saying that this access would cost approx 8cents
    and I can navigate the menus for free ?

    Also.. I live away from 3G coverage (Mayo). My new
    phone is a v800/SE. I am assuming my default network
    is 2.5G ? correct ?
