Bad IBB connection in Bayside/Baldoyle

Finally got 2Mb connection last friday (from the 1Mb service that never lost speed) was working great up until today, where its been really sluggish, just checked http://www.irishisptest.com/ and its now at 210kb (was getting even lower speeds earlier) down and 510 kb up anyone else notice this?

Mine's been crap for the past 2 months... IBB just ain't working. Doesn't matter what you have (Breeze or Rip-me-off-Ware) it just doesn't work appropriately...

I'm on the Guinness mast. Sh!te in one word...
