NTL problems in Firhouse area..anyone?

Has anyone seen any problems with lag/disconnecting on NTL in the Firhouse area over the last couple of days? Both XBox live and PC gaming connection speeds have been awful. I'm on the 3Mbps package and have not seen problems like this before.
