GPS phone query

Are there phones on the market that insert GPS information into the JPEG header of an image taken by it's camera?? If so, what are the models?? If not, can you write software for a phone that will automatically insert this info, what programming language would one use for this??? Any info appreciated

Just a couple days ago I downloaded RoboGEO to do exactly this in conjunction with my Geko 201 GPS unit and my Nokia 6630 mobile phone. Thing is I haven't actually gotten around to using it yet but will try at the weekend.
