BMW 316 Backbox

I need to replace the backbox in my 1990 BMW 316 (E30 COUPE)and I've been given 2 very different prices, first one from Kwik Fit E180, second from independent E240. Does anyone know if these sound alright ?? or do you know where I can get one cheaper. Thanks K-TRIC
