Right so the summer is here and my current project is to build a 64 bit computer. for gaming

So firstly i have a budget of €550 and i decided to go with these

    Motherboard

    GFX Card

Now im thinking of getting the 6800, what your opinions on this.

Im going to use my case at the moment and my 380w power supply
untill i get some more money to get a good new case.

My setup at the moment is a socket A Amd 2600 with a nVidia FX5200
i built this last summer, so its going to become the office machine for the paperwork.

Anyways tell us what you think of the upgrade or points on what to change.

    Cheers.

i was thinking i might, just to save a bit of money

I might even up the Ram to 1gig and wait till 64bit gets cheaper
    What do ya think

Just one question should i go for the Gainward 6600GT or the 6800LE
the 6600gt seems faster but is 128bit and the 6800LE is 256bit.

I dont think that A64s will get much cheaper. 150 euro is about the mark for the cheapest good chip all the time isnt it?

Oh yeah defo going for the PCI-E

Im going to save up till around mid august so that my budget can be bigger,

I can well afford the upgrade, but the bloody bills always drain down the funds.
