Sony Net MD Walkman - (MZ-N710)

I recently was messing around ie. tried to unlock extra features, with my Md walkman and have now locked out the controls for it. :( I can't adjust the volume etc. Does anybody know how to reset it (model MZ - N710) without going to a "sony repair center" ? :confused:
