anyone in Raheny/Killester have Irish Broadband?

Currently I have an Eircom 2meg line but its on the limit and rarely goes above 170KBps + the cap is hurting me, so I was thinking about IB. If anyone around Raheny has Irish Broadband can you give me an idea what the service is like? what speeds to you get on average and does the weather affect the speed of the internet?…
