Targus fingerprint reader

got a targus defcon authenticator pcmcia fingerprint reader for my laptop from friend who got a pc latley so dont need it, however im having trouble finding the software for it. i got the drivers off targus's website but cant find the application software. the model number of it is PA470, thanks Mark
